Return & Refund Policy – Tales of India

At Tales of India, we take great care in packaging and delivering your books with love. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Refund:

Damaged Product – Returns/refunds are only applicable if the book is received in a damaged condition.
Opening Video Required – A clear, unedited video of the package being opened is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must begin before unsealing the package and clearly show the issue.

How to Request a Return/Refund:

1️⃣ Record an Opening Video – Ensure the video starts before unsealing the package and clearly shows the damaged product.
2️⃣ Contact Us Within 24 Hours – Email us at mombookstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9035750446 with the video and order details.
3️⃣ Review & Resolution – Our team will review your request and, if approved, process a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
  • Minor wear (such as slight bends or marks due to shipping) does not qualify as damage.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind, wrong book ordered).
